Can you try recompiling and reinstalling that plasmoid ? Thanks
It is from suse packages, plasmoid-yasp or something like this.
Is it updated?
yesterday, plasmoid-yasp-1.1-1.37
Are "KDE4.3.x" and this "plasmoid-yasp" package from different repositories ? I wonder because the KDE4.3.x version could be in a unstable repositorie, and the plasmoid in a stable one (that would be it was compiled against the stable version of Plasma (KDE4.2.x)) , and it will not work properly when using it in a newer version.
it's from the KDE4:Unstable:Desktop repository
Do you experience this crash only with that plasmoid? Have you tried with all the other plasmoids in the list ? Thanks
I checked other plasmoids and plasma-desktop crashes randomly also with other widgets when I try to add or remove them.
So it could be unrelated to that yasp plasmoid. Is it really random or did you find some pattern ? The backtrace is similar to one we had some time ago, and it was a Qt4 bug, (which should we fixed properly on Qt4.5.x+), so I wonder why it is still here... Thanks
plasma crashs reproduceable when I remove the yasp-widgets. After they are disappeared plasma crashs.
