Description Franco Pellegrini 2009-05-11 16:47:04 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.3)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

I think the title is self-explanatory, i think things like the dashboard or notifications should not be part of the windows navigated when alt+tabbing

The same goes to the desktop grid effect (dunno if that's the name in english, i mean the effect where all windows are shown. Default: Ctrl+F9)

Reassigning to Plasma as I don't think we should start blacklisting windows in tabbox or in effects. That would make the code really ugly and could break other windows which should be selectable in alt+tab. Qt-subapplication is unfortunately a very generic name.

I think it will require first to resolve bug #171192 so that Plasma can mark their applications to not show in alt+tab. So perhaps this is even a duplicate of named bug.
