Description Stephan Sokolow 2009-05-09 08:08:03 UTC
Version: 0.11.0a (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2), Gentoo)
Compiler: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.25-gentoo-r7-20080501

When using KMplayer as an embedded viewer in Konqueror, the tab and titlebar continue to display the name of the parent folder rather than the filename of the media file being played.

This is unlike any other KPart I use for embedded preview. (In fact, until I saw this, I thought Konqueror automatically populated the tab and titlebar with the filename if the KPart didn't provide anything better)

I can confirm that it's still a problem with KMplayer 0.11.3d under KDE 4.13.3 but I'm still on Kubuntu 14.04 LTS and won't have time to upgrade until early 2019, so I can't confirm for anything newer at the moment.

I don't use KMplayer anymore and I'm too busy preparing for Christmas to go out of my way to comply with a "test this now or have it WORKSFORME'd" ultimatum, so let KMplayer bit-rot, I guess.
