Description A.S. 2009-05-08 13:20:12 UTC
Version: 0.99.01 (using 4.2.3 (KDE 4.2.3), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.28-11-generic

Hello,

sometimes I get a server timeout error when I press the button to receive new messages from a newsgroup.

That's not the problem, but if I try receiving again KNode asks me for the password again, which is already saved in KWalletmanager.

It seems like KNode losts the password due to the server timeout error. If the error does not occur, KNode does not ask me for the password but uses the stored password from KWalletmanager.

This problem still exists in KDE 4.2.95 (KDE 4.3 RC1).

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been unmaintained for many years so I am closing this bug.
