Description Maciej Pilichowski 2009-05-06 17:06:39 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.2)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

When you search for non-existing phrase okular would indicate that the phrase does not exist by displaying the search phrase in red.

This is _very_ minimalist approach to informing user, thus usability issue. But from a11y POV it is no-go -- every KDE app should be ready to be used by handicapped person.

Actually, the color used is not "red", but the "error color role as defined in the color configuration in system settings", thus it adapts to the color scheme.

Why is it a no-go from an a11y point of view? The bar changes and you got nothing selected, i would like to know what you are expecting, and also if you are really an a11y user or not.

No answer for years.
