Version: 2.12 (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2), Kubuntu packages) Compiler: cc OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.28-11-generic I am trying to extract rar files and ark will not highlight the EXTRACT. 8.10 performed well.
Thanks for the report. In order to extract RAR files, Ark needs to find either the unrar or the rar utility in your system. In Ubuntu, please make sure at least one of them is installed.
