Description alcox 2009-05-04 08:41:29 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.2)
Compiler: ?? furnished with openSuse 11.1
OS: Linux
Installed from: I Don't Know

Konsole reports a crash at system startup following a restart. Prior to restart the only system operations were channel scan by Kaffeine with error during scan and opening terminal (power user mode). Kaffeine is erroring on a TwinhanDTV 32500 card and the terminal dmesg shows frequences are being detected for all channels but are rejected as out of range. it appears the range is 10X larger than what is being detected, but the number of frequences detected is 76 which is exactly the number of cable channels it should find. I will be reporting this error to Kaffeine site but thought it may be related. If I do not run kaffeine the system restarts without crash. I do not use Konsole and prefer the terminal mode. Thanks for your continued efforts in keeping us all free.
