Description Mathias Homann 2009-05-02 21:41:07 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.2)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

after some time, the "move mails to folder" does not have a default button anymore...

I have kontact running for maybe 30 minutes, and i select one or more mails, to move them into some folder i press "m", but the return key does not activate the "ok" button anymore, i have to click the button with the mouse.

I'm 95% sure this is a duplicate of bug 190994.
Comment 2 Mathias Homann 2009-05-04 19:11:19 UTC
i'm not totally sure... i just noticed, when "enter" stops working, all other keys that are supposed to do anything in that dialog stop too... like, using cursor up/down to select the folder that you want to move a mail into... or typing a filterstring to limit the list of folders, or escape for cancelling the action.

This bug has only been reported for versions before 4.14, which have been unsupported for at least two years now. Can anyone tell if this bug still present?

If noone confirms this bug for a Framework-based version of kontact (version 5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.08 or later), it gets closed in about three months.

Just as announced in my last comment, I close this bug. If you encounter it again in a recent version (at least 5.0 aka 15.08), please open a new one unless it already exists. Thank you for all your input.
