Description Justin 2009-04-27 23:06:23 UTC
Version: 1.11.0 (using KDE 4.2.0)
Compiler: Ubuntu 8.10 Running Gnome 2.24.1 Kernel 2.6.27-14 generic
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

I am running kmail on a Gnome system. I receive this message (below) whenever I receive mail. So far it doesn't seem serious as my mail still works, and aside from the message I don't notice the crash. I get the message once each time I download mail. This is the message:

A Fatal Error Occurred
The application KNotify (knotify4) crashed and caused the signal 11 (SIGSEGV).
Please help us improve the software you use by filing a report at http://bugs.kde.org. Useful details include how to reproduce the error, documents that were loaded, etc.

When I click on "Show details" this is what I get:

This backtrace appears to be of no use.
This is probably because your packages are built in a way which prevents creation of proper backtraces, or the stack frame was seriously corrupted in the crash.
