Version:           1.11.2 (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler:          cc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.28-11-generic

Change the Reply to templates to move cursor to the top as in:

%REM="Default reply all template"
%-
%CURSOR

On %ODATEEN %OTIMELONGEN %OFROMNAME wrote:

But cursor no longer is positioned at the top before the quote.  It use to work okay.

I have the same problem. In addition to this fact, when I create a new mail and the signature is added, the cursors appears below the signature.

And my version of kmail is: 4.2.4-1

Now the signature can be inserted anywhere, and the cursor stays where %CURSOR is set.
