We do not develop that application (Jockey), so you should report the problem to its developers.

Just to be clear, none of us who are reporting this bug have installed Jockey. We are simply using the out-of-the box Kubuntu. When the crash occurs, it tells the user to report the bug to the KDE team and provides a link to this site. It seems that someone from this development team should take it up with the Kubuntu developers.

That's installed by default in kubuntu.

Wrongly configured application, it should point to Launchpad (kubuntu's bug tracking system) and not to us, as we have nothing to do with it.

Sorry, but we are not responsible for distro-specific addons.
Report that to https://launchpad.net
