Description S. Vetter 2009-04-22 23:00:45 UTC
Version: 1.1.3 (using KDE 3.5.10)
OS: Linux
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

After defining a table row with a datatype of date/time, and one selects what the default is to be, only the date format is shown (00/00/00). It seems that when defining the date/time format only the date is stored. If defining this field in the form designer only the date is shown.

In addition only a two digit year is allowed. I have gone into OpenSuSE's 11.1 kcontrol and see that the short format is mm/dd/yy with no option for a four digit year. It would be nice if Kexi would not rely on the OS's setting for a date format but rather have an option in Kexi to specify what should be used.
