When dolphin doesn't have the necessary permissions to perform an action (for example create, copy, move, delete a file) it should ask the user for the admin password to get the required permissions.  Currently it simply displays an error message.

Thanks for the report! There is a very similar wishlist report already, I'll mark it as a duplicate.
