Description Andreas Pakulat 2009-04-21 21:35:38 UTC
Version: (using Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources

When switching off my second head with xrandr --output VGA --off all the windows that were on that monitor stay outside of the then-visible area and are hence totally inaccessible. This worked fine when trunk/ was still KDE 4.2.0 but has been broken sometime after the release (i.e. in the last 2-3 months).

I can confirm the same happens when switching between 2 screen and single screen using nvidia twinview with xinerama.
I believe that when using 4.2.x this problem didn't exist but began when I upgraded to 4.3.0.
I'm using gentoo.

I can verify this behavior for ATI Radeon (RV350) also, with Xorg 'radeon' driver.

openSUSE 11.1, KDE 4.3.1 (KDE 4.3.1) "release 168"
