OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Fedora RPMs

When opening Konsole with several tabs, one tab consistently displays the wrong name.  Instead of displaying the current directory, it displays the previous directory, a slash, and the first character of the current directory.  

Tab title format is set to "%d".
