Description Matthias Pospiech 2009-04-17 20:06:46 UTC
Version: 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2) "release 114" (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2) "release 114", KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop / openSUSE_11.0)
Compiler: gcc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.25.20-0.1-pae

If I try to open a file from a ftp server (openend in konqueror) via right click in konqueror, I get the error in kwrite:

"file xxx can not be read. Please check your rights" (the original I see is in german language).

If I try to open the same way with kde3-kwrite it works.

If I try to open within kwrite(kde4) via open menu it works too.

It also worked with kwrite kde4 in Version 4.2.1

The bug is still valid in KDE 4.2.3.
