Description Arthur Schiwon 2009-04-15 10:06:42 UTC
Version: Revision 954120 (using KDE 4.2.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

I compiled Konversation-KDE4 from svn yesterday (revision 954120).

At the beginning, tab completion worked fine as i am used to. But since this morning, the completion is not active: the tab key behaves as normal, i.e. the next widget is focused.

I switched the completion method (i use "shell like with completion box" usually), but this did not bring back the completion.

Right-click the input line and check the "Allow Tabulations" entry. It's a standard KTextEdit context menu entry. You unchecked it at some point, which interferes with tab completion.

I am such a DAU (equals brain dead user) hereby.... This solves it of course.

Well, it took me 10+ days to think of it as well :).
