Description Patrick Spendrin 2009-04-14 21:18:40 UTC
Version: (using Devel)
OS: MS Windows
Installed from: Compiled sources

if you do an svn up and by chance a package gets renamed which has been build already (so that a .pyc file exists in the directory) emerge might still think that the package is installed. If it doesn't find a .py file in there, it reports the package as missing even though it most probably is within the portage tree.
