Multitran.ru provides online vocabularies: Russian <-> { any of 12 languages }

patch: add support for multitran.ru online vocabularies

This patch add support for only 'Ru-En', 'Ru-De' and 'Ru-Fr' translation directions, but multitran.ru supports more languages
