Description Médéric Boquien 2009-04-13 14:33:22 UTC
Version: (using Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources

Hello,

To reproduce the bug:
1) cd into a directory
2) just after that open a new tab with ctrl-shift+N

It will open the new tab in the previous directory rather than in the current working directory as would be expected.

Thanks.

Confirmed. It seems to take some time catching up (~3 seconds?!).

Another testcase, which is more annoying:
1. in the current tab start "find / > /dev/null"
2. after a few seconds (while find still runs) open a new tab

The new tab gets opened in a random directory, probably where find is looking currently.

Still seeing this on KDE 4.3.2 on Fedora ... very annoying.

I bypass this bug by typing a command, then on return konsole finds the actual directory.

It doesn't make it less annoying.

Version 2.3.3 on KDE 4.3.3.
