Version: 1.11.2 (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2) "release 111", KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop / openSUSE_11.1) Compiler: gcc OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.27.7-9-pae I cannot change the shown columns for one single folder, which is annoying because it obliges me to have "sender" and "receiver" columns activated all the time, because sender serves in nearly every mail folder, while receiver serves in sent-mail and outbox. If I uncheck receiver somewhere in one mail folder, it disappears for every folder, inclusive sentmail and outbox.
After talking to a friend, I got a heads-up to the possibility of using rightclick on folder-> properties -> show column. IMHO this is a bit hidden, and to know that it only works with the sender/receiver column even more so. Maybe this could be implemented into a rightclick on the column header? Nonetheless, the problem persists that I cannot sort one folder by time and another by sender, sort options seem global for all folders.
sort options are global per tab. If you want to sort different folders by different sorts, use several tabs.
I see. This does what I want, so no bug.
