Version: (using KDE 4.2.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Mandriva RPMs

Description:
When you compose a mail and the cursor is at line 1 (the topmost) and press the up-key, the cursor should jump to the input field for the subject. This is not the case if the cursor is on the last position of the line.

Reproducibility:
yes

How to Reproduce:
-Open kmail
-"new mail"
-(cursor should be in "to:"-line)
-hit the down key until you are in the textbox
-hit the upkey => nothing happens

Notes:

-use fortune for signature
