Version:           don't know -- comes with KDE 4.2.2 (using KDE 4.2.2)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

while I click on the start button and open kickoff, I might sometime change my mind, or want to do something else, I just click elsewhere on the desktop, or another application, in such case the kickoff menu should be closed.

It is quite annoying that the kickoff menu does not close itself unless I run a program from it, or click the start button again.
