Description Ray Ambrosi 2009-04-06 15:34:59 UTC
Version: (using KDE 3.5.10)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

Digicam does not to allow s the simultaneous batch renaming of JPEG and RAW. Among Windows software, I have only found Windows programs Breezebrowser and Photo Mechanic that offer this very useful feature.

In Breezebrowser, the JPEG and RAW pictures are displayed as a single thumbnail and can be batch renamed. I find this an extremely convenient feature. I would find it astonishing if other photographers do NOT ask for this feature as well.

I believe this would be an invaluable feature for Digicam and greatly strengthen its ability to serve professional photographers.

Thank you once again for all the time you spend devoted to open source software

Yes, other photographers asked for this feature (or rather whole bunch of RAW+JPEG management features) :)
