Hi
I'd love all the features that kde3 konsole has.
very disappionted in the kde4 one and its something I use all the time:(
no right click on the tabs. MC opens in a horrible brightness. When I try to change the appreance and save it, every time I reopen it its back to that same brightness.
Session has changed to File on the menu and I see why, Because all the session features are gone .
Setting on the menu is limited too. no schema for clors transparency . I think it doesn't save because there is no save as default under setting in the menu like kde3's
anyway i hope to see these all come back . Its a really empty feeling and to frustrating to use it

Please file specific reports for individual issues. Reports titled "lots of missing features" and containing a list of unrelated complaints are not managable.

Indeed - MC doesn't look great with the default color scheme. Linux colors works better for that application.

> Because all the session features are gone

Very little has actually been removed - most functionality has just been reorganised.

> because there is no save as default under setting in the menu
> like kde3's

That isn't necessary any more. Whenever you change settings (via Settings -> Edit Current Profile) they are supposed to persist when you close and re-open the application. The need to change settings and then 'save as default' proved confusing for many people. If settings don't persist then that is a bug.

> no schema for clors transparency

Background transparency can be adjusted in the UI. Transparency for individual colors is still supported but is not adjustable from the UI at the moment, you have to edit the .colorscheme files manually.

Josie, please file a new ticket for product 'kdenlive' instead of adding a comment to the ticket of an unrelated program.
