Description Kyle Crabtree 2009-04-03 15:06:46 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

I am running openSUSE 11.1 x86_64 with KDE 4.2.2 (though this problem also occured with KDE 4.2.1 on the same system). I've installed google-gadgets 0.10.5-2.33. When going to the Add Widgets panel from the desktop context menu and selecting Install New Widgets>Download New Google Gadgets, Plasma crashes reproducibly every time. Here is the backtrace:

What is your Qt4 version ?
Is your internet connection Up when Plasma crashes ?
This looks like bug 182961
Thanks for reporting

My Qt4 version is 4.5.0-43.1, and my internet connection is up at the time of the crash. Thanks.
