I forgot to mention that I changed from default color to grayscale and set the duplex on. I also printing the same file two twice more times. This is a four page PDF. The first time I got two sheets, a part of the first page and the last page. The second time I did get all four pages, but on four sheets, i.e., the duplex option was ignored.

I can't reproduce the crash on the Okular version that will be released with KDE Applications 4.9 next week so i'm closing this bug, if you can still reproduce the issue after updating to that version or newer, please reopen the bug. Thanks for caring about Okular :-)
