OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.27.19-3.2-default

Reproduce:

1. Open konqueror (or other app) windows until they form a group.
2. Open another window. We'll assume konsole.
3. Click on the konqueror group. The group opens.
4. Now, without closing the konqueror group, click the konsole window.

Two problems with the resulting behaviour. First, the konsole window does not get activated with the 1st click. Second, with every click on konsole, the konqueror group keeps opening and closing but konsole never gets activated. The only way to stop this is to click somewhere outside the taskbar and the again in konsole.

Bug fixed in current trunk. I don't know if it has been backported on KDE 4.2.2.
