Description Bernd Schubert 2009-03-30 15:52:36 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.1)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

In ftp mode konqueror doesn't provide the option "Copy Link Adress". I quite often browse trough ftp sites such as kernel.org search for the proper file and then on a remote system wget this link. Unfortunately I have to use another browser for this purpose.

Doesn't the usual Edit / Copy (ctrl+c) do the job?
It should copy the URL of the selected item, both as url and as text.

Yes, Ctrl-C works. It's probably just too obvious to find ;) I have searched for this for a long time and never got the idea that it works for both copying the URL to whereever as well as putting the file in some other dir.

At the end we should probably mark this as dupe of 130459 or just as "works for me".
