Version:           0.70.0 (using 4.2.1 (KDE 4.2.1), Kubuntu packages)

OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.27-14-generic

When notification window opens, by pressing ignore button for a contact, all notifications for this contact (at least popup notifications) should be ignored until a chat window for this contact opens.

The ignore button will be renamed to close because the intention is to close the notification not to ignore the contact.
