Description Dmitrij Kabanov 2009-03-24 22:33:55 UTC
Version: 3.1.2 (using KDE 4.2.0)
Compiler: GCC 4.3.1
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

Ktorrent floods all my memory (1024 MB + all my swap 2024 MB) in 4 hours! I can't work on my operating system - the swap is over. By the way, there is such function in Bittornado - to save data to disk every 5 minutes - the memory cache is free. If you add the function like 'CONTROL YOUR MEMEORY CACHE' in the next release, it will be excellent. I know that I can change the maximum ratio of the torrent, but it's too complicated for us. Please pay attention to my problem.

Upgrade to KDE 4.2.1, you are probably seeing the KCatalog memory leak
