Description Bernd Wurst 2009-03-24 09:52:57 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.1)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages

When I compose and send a message, I can later right-click on the message and choose "edit" (not sure about the spelling, don't use the english version).
Then, a new message is opened in the editor with body, recipients and attachments prefilled.

But the sender identity is messed up and set to the app default.

I set a different default identity for the folder and used that one for the original message. The re-sent message, done with the edit feature, gets send with the app-default (not folder-default) identity.

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2.

We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
