Version:           1.4 (using KDE 4.2.0)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

double click on contact to bring up the contact editor.  click edit addresses and make appropriate changes (move "city" to the "locality" field and "state" to "region" field) then click OK > Apply > OK.  The address is changed and sorted. then the address reverts to pre-edited state and resorted accordingly.  I then have to re-edit the address 2nd time for it to take hold.

Unable to reproduce using current trunk: after I've make changes to the address, the information is correctly saved.
