Description torsten.schenkel 2009-03-19 18:09:08 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.1)
OS: Linux
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

Since the upgrade of Open-Xchange Advanced Server 5 to Service Pack 4 the Open-Xchange-Connector does not work for recurring appointments.

This correlates with a reported change in data handling in the Service Pack4

The error message is:

[...error writing...]

Time of until must be 00:00:00:000

Change in API should be documented from Open-Xchange's side.

Addition:

Error message continues:

Please check time zone.

One of the main changes in Service Pack 4 was regarding timezone handling in the OX-Server calendar data base (according to changelog).

This bug has only been reported for versions before 4.14, which have been unsupported for at least two years now. Can anyone tell if this bug still present?

If noone confirms this bug for a Framework-based version of kontact (version 5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.08 or later), it gets closed in about three months.
Comment 3 Denis Kurz 2017-01-07 21:26:04 UTC
Just as announced in my last comment, I close this bug. If you encounter it again in a recent version (at least 5.0 aka 15.08), please open a new one unless it already exists. Thank you for all your input.
