Description Arne Schmitz 2009-03-18 19:23:40 UTC
Version: 1.11.1 (using 4.2.1 (KDE 4.2.1) "release 104", KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop / openSUSE_11.1)
Compiler: gcc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.27.19-3.2-pae

What I did:

I received an email with some attachments. I wanted to forward one attachment called foo.pdf to somebody else. So I opened up a new composer window, and dragged and dropped the selected attachment foo.pdf from mail A to the new mail B. A small popup menu asked me if I wanted to attach this as an attachment or as text. I said "attachment". Now an attachment called foo.pdf was created in mail B.

What I expected:

I expected that the attachment foo.pdf was copied from mail A to mail B.

What I got instead:

The attachment was created in mail B, but it is only 0 bytes in size! So the copy never took place.

This works for me in KDE 4.3.5
