Version: 1.0.2 (using 4.0.4 (KDE 4.0.4 >= 20080505) "release 15.2", openSUSE 11.0 (i586)) Compiler: gcc OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.25.20-0.1-default I ran the "Add a Network Folder" wizard, located at the Network place via the left column of the default screen. I followed the options that led to creating a Microsoft Windows network drive, using valid options: Name: My Videos Server: 192.168.0.1 Folder: /ExtVideos Once the link was created, a window automatically opened and displayed the contents of my networked drive, which was great. Furthermore, the "My Videos" link inside the Network Place at that point, worked. This is not the case after a restart. Dolphin points out that the file or folder "smb://192.168.0.1/ExtVideos/My Videos" does not exist. It seems that the Name is actually appended onto the URI... Cheers! (wow, my first bug report)
This report is quite old, and I can't reproduce the crash using KDE SC 4.8 RC1. I guess it has been fixed since this report.
