steps to reproduce on my system:

- open kmail preferences dialog
- go to "acccounts" or "identities", edit one of the entries
  ---> the default text field is emptied out, usually the name of the account or identity

I would say this is a duplicate of bug 167612, but your name doesn't sound very Japanese...
