Description Georg Wuketich 2001-01-17 13:21:32 UTC
(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***)

Package: konqueror
Version: 2.0.1
Severity: normal
Installed from: SuSE 6.4 RPM

When performing the following sequence of opening links:
1. http://slashdot.org
2. http://www.aspalliance.com/dagon/rejectNS/rejectNS.html
and
3. http://www.linuxtoday.com
Konqueror opens http://www.aspalliance.com/ instead of http://www.linuxtoday.com/ but shows the correct URL in the location bar.

Closing and reopening konqueror and entering http://www.linuxtoday.com also doesn't work until Reload is selected.

This happens only when JavaScript and a http proxy is activated.

This bug (showing wrong pages) happens really often this is the only sequence where I could reproduce it.

(I am using junkbuster as a local proxy on port 9000 which works fine with NS 4.76)

1. http://www.burton.com/ and then
2. http://derstandard.at/

The location bar reads http://derstandard.at/ browser shows=20
http://www.burton.com/ ...

The bug appears _only_ when an http proxy is activated and visiting=20
pages with JavaScript. Turning off JavaScript also _doesn't_ help!?
