Description Neal Becker 2009-03-10 15:00:12 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.1)
Installed from: Fedora RPMs

I can select a file via sftp://...

But when I click OK knode doesn't grok it. It says it can't find
file:///whatever - so it seems to think it's a file on the local filesystem rather than a remote file via sftp or fish

It works with a file attached from a sftp URL with knode from kde 4.3.
If you upgrade to this version, let us know if it is not fixed for you.
