OS:                Linux
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

Currently there is no possibility to select text which is located in two lines in the way, which is showed in the attachment.

Not even with Tools -> Text Selection Tool?

:) With tools it works. Sorry haven't used this program a lot. But nevertheless it would be nice if the selection tool would automaticaly set to Text Selection if there is text underneath. It's just a suggestion. I mean in most cases you need to select text and only in rare ones to make image screenshot. Also, there are not so many docs which are actually just an image, IMHO.

What you ask is actually already requested as bug #155563, feel free to follow and/or vote it.

I'm closing this wish as it is something working already.
