Description chapinjeff 2009-03-09 04:56:09 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.0)
Installed from: Fedora RPMs

Selecting "Folder View" as desktop type on both monitors in a dual monitor setup results in all icons being duplicated.

It appears that each monitor is creating a new, separate "Folder View", rather than the expected, standard behavior of creating one large "Folder View".

This means that you are effectively cutting the real estate in half.

Can you reproduce using KDE 4.4 or 4.5beta?
Comment 2 Aaron J. Seigo 2010-06-11 02:00:34 UTC
this is precisely the behaviour expected. each screen has its own screen space.
