Version: (using KDE 4.2.1) OS: Linux Installed from: Unlisted Binary Package How to Reproduce: 1. Go to: System Settings -> Desktop -> Desktop Effects -> All Effects 2. Activate "Wobbly Windows" 3. Set minimum "Wobbliness" and press "OK" and then "Apply" 4. Set maximum "Wobbliness" and press "OK" Now, it would be logical that the user has to press "Apply" in order to submit these changes - but they are submitted automatically when user pressed "Ok" and "Apply" button stays inactive.
That's exactly as it's meant to be. To change the settings you have to open another dialog and you have to click OK, which closes the dialog. The OK button implies apply. That's the way it works everywhere in KDE and also in other environments (I just think of Microsoft Windows).
