Description of problem:
Place a desktop sticky note in the corner, just above the task bar. Select the
text within the note, and hit the right mouse button. The context menu is
behind the task manager, and even partially appears on my second screen. See
the screenshot.

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a desktop sticky note in the corner, just above the task bar. Select
the text within the note, and hit the right mouse button. The context menu is

This bug has been fixed with new KDE/Qt.
