Description Szabolcs Illes 2009-03-05 20:04:34 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.0)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

if a windows live messenger account is online then after a long suspend the connection is not restored.

Step to reproduce.
1. Login to WLM
2. Do suspend to disk or to ram
3. Wait ( not sure how long, a night normally enough :) )
4. Wake up pc
5. Connection is not restored (ex. Buddy list is not refreshed, no matter how long I wait )

Log off then back "solves" this problem.

This was working fine in 4.1.x, not anymore with 4.2.x ( 4.2.1 or 4.2.0 )

Expected behavior: kopete should log out before suspend and log back after.

Could you try this with Kopete from KDE 4.3 beta2 (when it's released) it should work there, If not please reopen.
