The Akregatorplugin for Kontact does not accept new feeds from commandline, but it recognizes the call, because it focusses the plugin.

Reproduce:
1) Start Kontact and call from cmd:
$ akregator -a http://www.heise.de/newsticker/heise-atom.xml -g Test

The Kontact window will focus, but akregator does not accept the new url.

2) Close Kontact and call from cmd:
$ akregator -a http://www.heise.de/newsticker/heise-atom.xml -g Test

The Akregator window will open and add the new feed in Group Test.
