Version:            (using KDE 4.2.0)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Mandriva RPMs

System Settings->Aspecto (Look?)->Colours->Options tab.
Here is 'Amplicar efectos de color...' (Apply colour effects...) instead of 'Aplicar efectos de color...'. The extra 'm' is a typo.
