Description Hans Castorp 2009-03-01 05:18:47 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.0)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

Drop shadows supplied by the "Shadow" plugin of desktop effects are inconsistent in color. Sometimes shadows are white depending on background, which is distracting, but also the window in focus (active window) has less shadows than other windows. The "Active Window has Stronger Shadow" click-box has no effect on this.

It is especially noticeable if I open a single window on the desktop and then click elsewhere; shadows immediately darken and become more pronounced on the window when focus is lost.

Is it possible to get a few screenshots please?

Closing as this has been idle for quite a long while. Should this be an issue, additional information (i.e. screenshots) would be helpful :)
