Description William F. Maddock 2009-02-28 23:09:50 UTC
Version: 0.99.01 (using Devel)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux
Installed from: Compiled sources

Using knode on Ubuntu 8.10 whenever I open knode it opens a borderless window covering the entire screen, won't allow other windows to open in front of its window, cannot be minimized, and cannot be resized. I also find no knode help after having installed knode through the official method on Ubuntu, so I have no way of knowing how to change the configuration to correct this problem (if that would even be possible). Even knode's own configuration windows will pop up behind the main window on this screen.

If this still happens to you, could you provide a screenshot ?
I fail to see what the problem is.

If you are using Compiz, can please check if you have the "Legacy FullScreen Support" enabled on it. If it is, can you try disabling it?
I remember similar bug reports that were caused by that option
Thanks

You are welcome.
Closing as INVALID as this is a Compiz bug.
