Version: (using KDE 4.2.0) OS: Linux Installed from: Unlisted Binary Package After you add some network directories in network places, for egzample an ssh or ftp directory you cannot change the connection properities: name of server, user, even the directory on server. Under the 'properities' in context menu, there is nothing what may be interesting for user. It would be better if you place there all connection properities, which the user set when they create the network directory.
