Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages

Kget never starts downloads immediately. All downloads are stopped until I press start. I cannot find any options in kget settings to change this behaviour. Screenshot attached.

I am also experiencing this on kde 4.2.1 on Ubuntu Intrepid.  It has been this way since at least 4.2.0 for me.
